With that in mind, this article will attempt to consider, examine, review, and discuss, using the mnemonic approach, some simple ways, we can each, position ourselves, to be, as happy and healthy, as possible.
1. Knowledge; keen: We all claim, to seek knowledge, and insights, but few of us, transform these characteristics, to taking the necessary actions, which might best serve us, towards a happier, healthier existence! 2. Needs; nerve; nerves; nervous: How do you know, what you need? How will you determine, your most significant needs? Being nervous, is normal, but constantly, letting these nerves, invade your thoughts, is counter – productive!
3. Objectives; options; opportunities: Begin by taking the time, to identify, and know, your personal objectives, and what makes you happiest, rather, than, merely, focusing, on fitting – in, and being, one – of – the – group! We each have several options and alternatives, but it’s how we handle the opportunities, which determines, the ultimate outcomes!
4. Why; when; where; what: Why do you do, what you do? When will you take meaningful action, on your own behalf? Where will you begin, and what are your personal priorities?
How well do you KNOW yourself, and what makes you, more satisfied, calmer, and ready, to wake – up, each morning? Will you take the necessary steps, to help yourself?
